Refund & Exchange Policy
At Goddess Creations, we want you to be completely happy with your handmade beaded accessories. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return and exchange options:
**Returns:**
- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Please reach out to us by sending an e-mail to mdladlambaxola@gmail.com to initiate a return. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
- Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or defective.
**Exchanges:**
- We gladly offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unused condition.
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or design, please reach out to us by sending an e-mail to mdladlambaxola@gmail.com to discuss your exchange options.
- As with returns, the customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with exchanges.
**Damaged or Defective Items:**
